Data we collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, optional commission interest, channel notes, and message content.
  • Email and phone enquiries — the details you choose to send.
  • Engagement files — business contact details and source artefacts you provide under a commission (often business data rather than consumer personal data; where personal data appears we process it only as instructed).
  • Technical logs — standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, retained briefly for security.

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Responding to briefing requests — legitimate interests / steps prior to contract.
  • Delivering commissioned reports — performance of contract.
  • Improving site reliability — legitimate interests.
  • Optional analytics cookies — consent.

Retention

Form enquiries are kept up to 24 months unless a commission follows. Engagement files are retained for up to 36 months after project close for reference and dispute handling, then deleted or returned on request where feasible. Financial records are kept as required by UK law.

Your rights

International transfers

We primarily store and process data in the United Kingdom. If a subprocessors tool transfers data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with email and hosting providers acting as processors, and with professional advisers when required. We disclose information when required by law.
