Acceptance

By using content-willowbase.click or commissioning work from WillowBase Content Ltd you agree to these terms. If you commission a report, the statement of work and these terms together form the agreement.

Services described

Pages describing reports, briefings, audits, and retainers are informational. A binding commission begins only when both parties confirm scope and fee in writing (email is sufficient).

Intellectual property

Draft and final report packs remain licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use upon full payment. WillowBase Content retains copyright in underlying templates, illustration styles, and methodologies. Public reproduction of panels requires written consent.

Website content

Site copy, imagery credits, and examples are provided for information. We may update pages without notice. Third-party image providers retain their respective rights.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillowBase Content Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from decisions made solely on the basis of a report. Our aggregate liability for a paid commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Client responsibilities

You warrant that source files shared for path reporting are lawfully obtained and that you have authority to share them. You remain responsible for implementing recommendations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in other jurisdictions if required to protect intellectual property.
